System description
C-BAR and G-BAR are connection systems designed to respond to a range of structural requirements, consisting of enhanced adhesion, pultruded carbon and glass fibre rods, obtained by sand-blasting.
The C-Bar and G-Bar FRP Structural Strengthening systems are particularly suitable for use when implementing flexural and shear strengthening solutions on concrete or masonry structures.
They guarantee effective, secure anchoring on any type of base screed, increasing the rigidity of the structure with respect to service loads and the load-bearing capacity of the strengthened structure.
C-BAREnhanced adhesion pultruded carbon rod. Available in Ø 10 mm (3 m rod)
Enhanced adhesion pultruded glass fibre GRFP rod. Available in Ø 12 mm (3 m rod)
Special, high adhesive capacity epoxy resin for the application of C-BAR and G-BAR rods.
Inorganic matrix for the application of C-BAR and G-BAR as connectors in CRM reinforced plasters systems.
Two-component, styrene-free vinyl ester chemical anchor for structural
fastening.
